With seemly more and more regulation happening every day in the ERISA space, its always good to double check your 401(k) plan to make sure everything is on the up and up. Here are some easy mistakes to spot, fix, and avoid in the future, as well as others that could cause larger issues, such as breach of fiduciary duty.
